General delivery information

We offer a door to door delivery service only. We are unable to assist with moving the glass from our truck onto sites/individuals premisses. If our driver arrives and the delivery is unable to be completed because no one is present or the people present are incapable of accepting delivery, he is under instructions to bring the glass back to our factory. Additional delivery and handling charges may apply.
We are a glass merchant, and most of our deliveries are directly to experienced tradesman's factories. We are happy to deliver direct to the public but if you are not comfortable with handling glass or you need to book specific delivery times in advanced we suggest dealing directly with a glazier as this is what they specialise in. We have extensive contacts that we would be happy to refer you onto based on your location.

Delivery timing

Due to the nature of our deliveries, we are unable to lock in exact delivery times. Once your order is complete it must go out on the next available truck with a large volume of other orders. We can contact you on the morning of the delivery with an approximate time frame - please speak to our sales staff if this is required.

Safe handling of glass

Glass can be a very dangerous substance to handle both due to the weight involved and the razor sharp edges you contend with in the event it is broken.
We always suggest contacting a qualified glazier if you are uncomfortable with handling glass as they can offer a full installation service.

If choosing to handle the glass yourself, there are two primary things to consider.
1 - Are you employing the correct lifting techniques?
2 - Am I adequately protected in the event of a breakage? Personal protective equipment (PPE).
